Holistic Counselling

If you find it difficult to unwind or ‘switch off’ – you are not alone. In a fast-paced world of competing tasks and priorities, it can be hard to slow down, manage stress and face the challenges that come our way. When life gets too busy or overwhelming, we tend feel we are ‘running the rat race’ and surviving, rather than thriving. Sometimes we feel lost or we resist what is, as our current circumstances seem too much to handle

 

Holistic Counselling provides a non-judgemental and safe space where I can listen and understand what is going on for you in one or multiple areas of your life. Rather than looking at symptoms alone, I can help you uncover the root cause of what may be keeping you stuck, scared or unfulfilled. Counselling can assist you to release limiting beliefs and patterns of thoughts and behaviour that no longer serve you and are stopping you from achieving your goals and desires

 

My approach is gentle, warm and relaxed. I have a special interest in the nervous system and stress management. I am passionate about liberation from old beliefs, patterns and oppressive systems & structures

Sound & Energy healing

Tibetan singing bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. In a sound healing session, the unique layered tones emit brainwave-altering binaural beats and soothing frequencies to help restore and re-calibrate your mind, body and spirit. Bowls can be played on and off the body, giving your soul some pampering and nourishing through sound bath, sound massage and chakra balancing, Singing bowls create the perfect state for relaxation, tension release, creative thinking, deep meditation, silencing the 'inner critic' and the dissolvement of pain and blockages

Wellbeing workshops

Wellbeing workshops are a powerful way to learn new tools and strategies, reflect, share with others and nurture yourself. They also provide a unique opportunity to meet like minded people experiencing the same difficulties as yourself. I run private wellbeing workshops and can tailor these to suit the needs of organisations, including the Corporate and Not-for-profit sector. Some workshop topics include stress management, self-care, self-compassion, managing difficult emotions, gratitude, mindfulness, food and mood (wholesome nutrition) and self-massage.
